PETER FONDA as Stoney
Peter
Fonda was born in 1939 in New York City to the late Hollywood
icon Henry Fonda, Peter Fonda has been working in the film industry
since the 1960s. He first came into prominence in the early '60s,
when he made his Broadway debut in Blood, Sweat and Stanley Poole
for which he received rave reviews from the New York critics and
won the Daniel Blum Theatre World Award and the New York Critics
Circle Award for Best New Actor. He began his feature film career
in 1963 playing the lead in Tammy and the Doctor and went
on to star in The Victors, Wild Angels and The Trip.
Fonda is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Wyatt, aka Captain
America, in the 1969 film Easy Rider. Both starring in and
co-writing the seminal '60s movie, Fonda's Easy Rider is
recognized as one of the first successful independent films.
Appearing in more than 30 films during the '70s and '80s, Fonda
attained critical acclaim for his role in the 1997 film Ulee's
Gold. Playing Ulysses "Ulee" Jackson, Fonda received a Golden
Globe Award for Best Actor and the New York Film Critics Award.
The role also warranted an Oscar nomination for Best Actor.
Fonda's success continued with a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting
Actor in the 1999 Showtime movie, The Passion of Ayn Rand.
Additionally, his role as Terry Valentine in The Limey received
much critical recognition. Fonda has now appeared in more than 60
television and movie productions.
Peter Fonda currently resides on his 85-acre ranch in Montana.

KRIS KRISTOFFERSON
as Shuck
Kris Kristofferson is not only an acclaimed
actor, but also a renowned songwriter and musical performer. As
the son of a U.S. Air Force general, he grew up on a series of military
bases. While studying literature in college, he won a Rhodes Scholarship
to Oxford University and published several short stories in the
Atlantic Monthly.
After serving in the U.S. Army, Kristofferson moved to Nashville,
Tenn. to establish a career as a songwriter. In 1970, his "Sunday
Mornin' Comin' Down," recorded by Johnny Cash, reached number one.
The following year, Janis Joplin hit number one with a soulful version
of Kristofferson's "Me and Bobby McGee," and Sammi Smith took "Help
Me Make It Through the Night" to the top of the charts.
Having reached the pinnacle of success as a songwriter, Kristofferson
broke into a career as a performer, releasing a series of successful,
non-traditional country albums, which frequently went gold. His
first hit was in 1972 with "Why Me." Kristofferson toured constantly,
often appearing with such artists as Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash
and Waylon Jennings.
With his music career in full swing, Kristofferson turned to acting,
making his screen debut in 1971's The Last Movie. In 1976,
he starred with Barbara Streisand in A Star Is Born. The
movie's million-selling soundtrack featured Kristofferson's hit
"Watch Closely Now."
In 1985 while continuing his highly celebrated acting career,
he formed the Highwaymen, a country supergroup featuring himself
and long-time friends Cash, Jennings and Nelson. Their eponymous
debut album reached number one and went gold thanks to the hit single
"Desperadoes Waiting for a Train." Highwaymen II followed in 1990,
and in 1995, Kristofferson recorded a third Highwaymen album along
with his first solo album in a number of years.
Kristofferson has starred in over 70 movies and TV productions
including VH1 Legends, Payback, Blade and Convoy.

JOSEPH MAZZELLO as Charles
Joseph Mazzello, 17, is one of Hollywood's premiere child actors
and is most known for his work in the Jurassic Park movies

KEITH CARRADINE as Sheriff
Hank Dawson
Keith Carradine, a veteran stage, screen and television actor,
has appeared in more than 30 films. He is perhaps best known for
his work with Robert Altman in the 1970s, including the celebrated
film Nashville (1975). His Broadway performance in The
Will Rogers Follies (1986) earned him a Tony Award nomination.
Carradine also appeared in A Thousand Acres (1996) and 2

LESZEK BURZYNSKI, Director
Leszek Burzynski has an extensive background in film, television
and theatre. He wrote and directed his first professional film in
1975 - a dramatized interpretation of Erik Satie's Sports Et
Divertissements. The film was selected for the London Film Festival.
After making documentaries for the Arts Council of Great Britain
and the British Council, Burzynski directed two films for Paramount
Pictures, Trucking and Cry Wolf, the latter photographed
by Academy Award-winning cameraman, Robert Krasker (The Third
Man). He then co-wrote and directed Trapped, starring
Cameron Mitchell, and produced, co-wrote and directed a horror spoof
entitled Blood Harvest that was picked up for distribution
by New World Pictures at the Cannes Film Festival.
Burzynski's television career began at the BBC where he made more
than a dozen films assisting such directors as Stephen Frears, Mike
Leigh and Ken Loach; and working with writers Alan Bennett and Tom
Stoppard. One of these films, Spend, Spend, Spend, won the
British Academy Award for Best Television Film. For his own production
company, Picture Partnership Productions (PPP), founded with Brian
Eastman (Poirot for PBS), he developed and directed two seasons
of Britain's first independently-made television comedy series,
Father's Day, for Channel 4. PPP also developed and produced
Blott on the Landscape, based on Ian Sharpe's renowned books,
for broadcast by the BBC. A sequel, Porterhouse Blue, won
the British Academy Award for Best Television Series.
In partnership with Simon Channing-Williams (Secrets & Lies,
Topsy-Turvy), Burzynski is currently developing Joyful Noise,
which is based on the true story of the first London presentation
of Handel's Messiah. He is also working on Necktie Breakfast
with director Lynne Littman, a true story about America's last public
hanging.
Throughout his career, Burzynski has also written and directed
commercials for leading ad agencies, as well as, corporate films
for large companies. This work has won awards at film festivals
in Cannes, New York, San Jose and Houston, among others.

ROBERT SCHWARTZ, Producer
Robert Schwartz has an extensive background
in motion picture development and production. Born in St. Louis,
he has been working in the film and video industry for more than
two decades, creating numerous commercial, documentary, educational
and dramatic feature films. During this time, he has gained extensive
experience in virtually every phase of production.
In 1993, Schwartz produced Iron Will for Walt Disney Pictures,
followed by With Or Without You in concert with Robert Redford's
Sundance Institute. The Minnesota Film Board presented Schwartz,
a sixteen-year veteran of the Minnesota film industry, with a Golden
Chair award in recognition of his contributions to the state's film
production.
Under his Wardenclyffe Entertainment banner, Schwartz has recently
produced VIRGINIA’S RUN directed by Peter Markle starring
Gabriel Byrne and Joanne Whalley (Opens June, 2004); and KART RACER
directed by Stuart Gillard and starring Randy Quaid, Will Rothhaar,
and David Gallagher (Opens April, 2004). Schwartz recently finished
post-production on BLIZZARD directed by LeVar Burton and starring
Whoopi Goldberg, Kevin Pollak, Christopher Plummer, and Brenda Blethyn.
In early 2004, Schwartz will be producing THE DESCENT OF MANN written
by John Requa and Glenn Ficarra (“Cats & Dogs”,
“Bad Santa”) and directed by John Ottman. In addition
to these productions, Schwartz is currently developing and will
produce the critically acclaimed Paulo Coelho novel, THE ALCHEMIST
for Warner Brothers.

KEN PROMERSBERGER,
Executive Producer
Ken Promersberger has been involved in the advertising, marketing
and public relations industry for the past twenty-nine years. Since
1972, he has been president of The Promersberger Company, a Fargo,
N.D.-based advertising agency which he founded. In 1986, he was
honored as the Small Business Person of the Year by the Fargo Chamber
of Commerce and the Silver Medal award winner by the Fargo-Moorhead
Advertising Federation.
Promersberger has been involved in the motion picture business
since 1987, when he started work on the screenplay Second Rising.
In 1989, he introduced Robert Schwartz to the screenplay Iron
Will and became an investor in its development fund. Walt Disney
Pictures filmed Iron Will in Minnesota in 1993. Also in 1993,
Schwartz and Promersberger optioned Wooly Boys. Other screenplays
co-owned with Schwartz are Radiant Heart and Nemo Paradox.
In 1994, Promersberger was presented with a Golden Chair award by
the Minnesota Film Board in recognition of his contributions to
the state's film production industry.

MAGGIE SOBOIL, Associate
Producer
Maggie Soboil has been with Wardenclyffe
Entertainment since its inception and is responsible for discovering
and developing Wooly Boys. In the coming year, under the
Wardenclyffe banner, she will produce By Heart, a mystical
love story set against the backdrop of present day Argentina and
the political turmoil of the 70's. Karim Traidia (Golden Globe Nominee
for The Polish Bride) is attached to direct. Soboil is also
slated to produce Radiant Heart, a psychological film noir
thriller. In tandem with Gerber Pictures, she will produce In
the Darkroom, the love story of Tina Madotti and Edward Weston,
for Warner Brothers.
Soboil's acting and directing career has taken her all over the
world - from South Africa, where she was the leading female satirist,
to Australia to London's West End and a TV Special for BBC 2, to
New York's Broadway and Off Broadway, where she received an Obie
Award for her performance in Poppie Nongena. She also produced
and directed Boston Weekend Television, which gave birth to some
of the funniest and most successful contemporary comic writers and
performers.

JULIE HARTLEY, Co-Producer
Julie Hartley's motion picture experience dates back to 1981 when
she graduated from Northern Rivers College of Advanced Education
in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia. She began her career with
Twin Cities Public Television (Minneapolis/St.Paul) where she managed
documentaries, dance, music, performance, series and specials, before
becoming a senior production manager in the TV features department
of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Hartley worked as a producer, production manager and production
supervisor on the following feature films: Herman, U.S.A.; A
Simple Plan; The Naked Man; With or Without You; Overnight Delivery;
MST3K; The Movie; The Cure; World & Time Enough; and Angus.
She was also 2nd unit supervisor on Pushing Tin; a pre-production
supervisor on Fargo; and a production coordinator on Untamed
Heart; Equinox; My Cousin Vinny; Drop Dead Fred; and Graffiti Bridge.
In addition, her television production experience includes Jessica
Lange - A Retrospective; Abbas Kiarostami - A Dialogue; Still/Here;
U.S. of Amerika; CBS Olympic Unit; The Ryde Dyvine; The New Power
Generation; Super Bowl Tailgate Party; A Salute to Michael Jordan;

Hartley's commercial experience includes producing television

Records' artists. She resides in both Los Angeles and Minneapolis.
